This REVISED document will serve as your “Cougar Fan 101” guide book.  It contains links to other valuable resources and documents that provide specific information regarding tasks and services.  Several items have changed since our last posting, and they are highlighted in red font and highlighted in yellow.  Please feel free to contact Mr. John Chandler, Athletic Director, if you have any questions, via email at  

Answers to your questions…

Will fans be allowed to attend games?




Currently, fans are permitted to attend games on campus.  There will be a limited number of tickets sold.  The number sold is based on social distancing guidelines.  The number of tickets for each sport is listed below:

  • Varsity Football – 500 Home / 150 Visitors
  • 9th / JV Football – 600
  • Volleyball – 120
  • Softball – 120
Are face coverings required? Douglas County School System REQUIRES  wearing face coverings at all times AND physical distancing when possible. This is especially important in our indoor venues.  There will be identifying markers in each venue to indicate where fans may be seated.  It is important to note that all family members are asked to sit together.  Members of separate households/families should maintain physical distancing practices.  
How can tickets be purchased?




















Varsity HOME FootballHard Copy Tickets will be sold to participants according to specific directions provided by the head coach/director (this item takes precedence over admission rules listed below).  General Admission tickets MUST be purchased online using our vendor (Vanco Events) when available.  The website to purchase tickets is below. Normally, these tickets will become available on Wednesday morning of game week by 9 AM.  

Varsity and JV AWAY Games (All Sports)  – Priority purchasing will be afforded to participants based on ticket limits set by the hosting school.  Once priority purchasing is complete, the link or hard copy tickets will be made available to the general public.     

Softball, Volleyball, and JV/9th Grade Football HOME Games – All tickets for these games are currently available on the ticket site. 

Passes for Admission – We will ONLY accept the following passes

  • GHSA Passes – Pass holder plus ONE guest
  • Administrative Admission List – Listed person only
  • District Employee Badges
    • Varsity Football – NOT ACCEPTED
    • All Other Sports & JV/9th Football – Pass holder plus ONE guest   

NOTE: Digital tickets may either be printed or presented on a mobile device for scanning.

Will there be Live Streams of games?







Games will be Live Streamed / Broadcasted via the NFHS Network with Audio Commentary provided by Stream City Radio.  Subscriptions can be purchased on a monthly basis for ($10.99/month) or annually ($69.99).  All home games (for all sports) and selected away games will be shown beginning September 11, 2020.  Visit the link below to subscribe.

Will there be concessions?


Currently, we WILL NOT have concessions at any events on campus.  To accommodate your needs, we will allow outside food and drink in a CLEAR BAG.  Please be mindful that all bags brought into the venues are subject to search by personnel.
